1. Rituals

What you think, you become.
First, you think. Second, you act.
Thinking isn't planning, it's creating.
Based on that, we are what we do everyday.
I have to differenciate some concepts:
Habits are no-brainer actions that you do, Rituals are actions that needs atention and a System is the where rituals and habits live.
Rituals implies respect to something doing an action, and this primitive behavior helps to mantain the attention.
Now i am doing this system:
  • Make my bed
  • Take the bus
  • Study in library
  • To have launch
  • Daily meeting
  • Take a shower
  • Document day
  • Have dinner
  • Go to sleep

2. Emptiness

I got trapped by the pleasure again and i have to study, i can't be alone without falling down. The solution i find is expose myself in public to avoid get distracted.
Depression ? no, i don't have problems.
Loneliness ? no, i don't want a partner.
Unclear plan ? Study smart contracts.
Feel empty ? We got it !!!
Maybe a hobby could fill that hole.
Is there a silent hobby, screensless and with little equipment to do it offline?
Hobbies that i don't want to do:
  • Sing / Rap: Is very loud for people.
  • Dance: I did it to impress.
  • Chess: Is not the more complex.
  • Origami: I have to watch videos. tutorials can be printed, but you will need a printer.
  • Bike: Can kill you for a bike.
  • Gardening: Is not portable.
  • Cooking: I want to keep it simple.
  • Pen spinning: Cool but useless.
  • Ham Radio: Many equipment.
  • Mini Drawing: i need inspiration.
What i find:
  • Chinese: only read and write.
  • Sudoku: can i write it down.
  • Yoga: Stretch my body.
  • Go: I will have to play in a club.
  • Walk: Because of the insecurity, i will have to go to downtown, i can use the free bus card.

3. Study method

I've started to study in the library and i realized than the efficency goes up. i can finish a chapter in three or two hours, insane.
Usually each chapter took me all day if i study in the apartment because of the distractions, and the fact that i think that people are watching me, help.
Cannot get distracted it sounds good, the only way to deal with procrastination is not to have option.
And now i have more time to spend in a hobbie. I will try some this month.

4. The Hobby

The minimalist noscreen nosound little-equipment hobbie to do it offline exist.
Do you know what takuzu is ? Is a logic puzzle that can be solved just by reasoning. Only needs paper and pen.
How it looks:ㅤㅤㅤㅤSolution:
▄ ░ ░ ▓ ░ ░ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ▄ ▓ ▄ ▓ ▄ ▓
░ ░ ▓ ▓ ░ ▄ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ▓ ▄ ▓ ▓ ▄ ▄
░ ▓ ▓ ░ ░ ▄ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ▄ ▓ ▓ ▄ ▓ ▄
░ ░ ░ ░ ░ ░ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ▓ ▄ ▄ ▓ ▄ ▓
▓ ▓ ░ ▄ ░ ░ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ▓ ▓ ▄ ▄ ▓ ▄
░ ▄ ░ ░ ▓ ▓ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ▄ ▄ ▓ ▄ ▓ ▓
Rules of the takuzu:
  1. Each box contains a binary value. In this case i use ▓ and ▄ , it can be 0 and 1)
  2. Are not allowed more than two equal numbers or symbols each other.
  3. Each row or column contain an equal number of ▓ and ▄.
  4. Any row or column cannot be exactly equal to another.

5. Libraries

There are many libraries in my city that i didn't know that exist. I will try to go to each in order to not get bored, and are free.
I other news, takuzu is a excellent puzzle but is easy by the size. Maybe i can increase the size from 8x8 to 12x12 and try what happend.
And also is quite hard to write in the bus, even sit, streets condition are shit. I have to do something in the bus, besides watch the windows or the people in there.
What activity can i do while i am in a earthquake-bus ? Origami, rubic, draw, sing, play instrument, play on the phone.
Based on cheapness, loudness, screenless the winner is Origami. What i have to do then ? I have to do it before in order to replicate it in the bus without screen.

6. Blog doubts

What's your motivation for blogging?
What do you want to learn?
My motivation is be able to help people that share the same path as me, the excellence.
I want to learn how i can be read by people with the same principles or people who are looking for a different way of seeing the world.

7. Blog course I

How to make a web-friendly content:
  • Buy a domain.
  • Headline is king, so spark interest, be concise and don't lie. Try many versions.
  • Make your post easier to scan with varied formatting.
  • Shorten the whole post. Ask yourself "Why should I care?".
  • Internal cliff-hangers. Short and standalone sentence that surprises people or draws them to read the next sentence for an explanation. is used to create suspense as you tell your story
  • Make it relatable. Not to be "perfect" in the eyes of your readers, be real.
  • Use humor.Great content entertains, educates, and inspires.
  • Be specific.Share your story not others.
  • End with a call-to-action. Leave them wondering, "What's next?". Ask them to share your post. Email to you.
  • Use challenges to inspire people to action.
  • Giving people an incentive to sign up.
  • The link could be shared out of context.
  • Create content that demonstrates an intimate understanding of your audience.
  • Email lists are powerful, and you should start one. I recommend "ConvertKit".
  • Makes your reader feel like you're speaking directly to them.

8. Blog course II

SEO concepts and methodologies:
  • Add self resirecting canonical URL, it tells Google who the original source of a piece of content is.

  • Validate idea with research. Avoid social media trends and popular people content.
  • Discover keywords using "Keywords Everywhere" and "KeySearch".
  • Niche down to a keyword you can rank for
  • Find tail keywords
  • Write the post and include those keywords in strategic places like:
    • Meta title and description
    • Sections and titles
    • First sentence
    • Anchor texts on internal links from other related posts
  • Getting people to link to your content
  • External links
  • Craft a title people will want to click on. It should be descriptive, succinct, and accurate

11. Smart Contracts

Finally finished the course:
I learned how to write smart constracts in Solidity, use the web3.js library, MetaMask API, private methods and variables, Next.js, tailwind.
One of the hardest part is to understand how these different API's are used:
  • provider: MetaMask it gives you a provider that is a MetaMask API with their respective methods.
  • web3: Web3 needs a provider (from MetaMask) and will give you another object with their own methods based on that (web3).
  • contract: And finally you will use that web3 object and your Contract ABI json description to create a Contract API where you can access to the methods of your contract.
